What is an impact player?
01
Finds space and seeks the ball
Finds open space and wants the ball, rather than passively watching or crowding.
02
Controls and protects the ball
Controls the ball and escapes pressure rather than panicking or lacking the skill to keep possession.
03
Creates positive attacking play
Executes a purposeful attacking decision with the ball, instead of booting it away, forcing into pressure, or playing it safe.
04
Disrupts the opponent defensively
Provides effective pressure and cover, and contains and tackles effectively, rather than chasing thoughtlessly or diving in.
The Impact Guarantee
If he doesn’t demonstrate all four qualities at the end of 90 days, we keep training him at no additional cost until he does.
And we’ll give you back twice what you paid if he still doesn’t reach this benchmark at the end of 180 days.
Parents receive a progress evaluation at the end of 90 days, but they have the final say on whether their son has become an Impact Player. *Conditions apply, outlined at registration.
Real trainings. Real coaching.
Intentionally Structured Training
It’s easy to put together a hodgepodge of games that keeps kids entertained. That’s not what we’re doing at Summit. Every session is systematic, purposeful, and thought through, designed to produce the four Impact Qualities.
First 10–15 min
Street-style game
A small-sided game to kick things off. Touches on the ball and real game experience right away.
The next hour
Focused drills with coaching points
Two to three tactical or technical drills. Lots of touches, not a lot of standing around, with repeated, emphasized coaching points.
To finish
Competitive tournament
A round-robin scrimmage in a competitive environment where coaching points are applied under pressure.
Priced around results, not hours.
Training once a week (90 min), a digital drill library with at-home assignments, and a written evaluation at the end. The 90 days begin at his first training, then it continues month-to-month unless you cancel. Free trial available, and payment isn’t due until before the second training.
Groups cap at 12–13 players. Spots are limited.
